                W niniejszym postępowaniu Wykonawcom przysługuje prawo wniesienia odwołania. Odwołanie przysługuje wyłącznie od niezgodnej z przepisami ustawy czynności zamawiającego podjętej w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia lub zaniechania czynności, do której zamawiający jest zobowiązany na podstawie ustawy.Odwołanie powinno wskazywać czynność lub zaniechanie czynności zamawiającego, której zarzuca się niezgodność z przepisami ustawy, zawierać zwięzłe przedstawienie zarzutów, określać żądanie oraz wskazywać okoliczności faktyczne i prawne uzasadniające wniesienie odwołania. Szczegółowe przepisy dotyczące środków ochrony prawnej zawarte są w art. 179–198g ustawy z dnia 29 stycznia 2004 r. Prawo Zamówień publicznych. W części nieuregulowanej mają zastosowanie przepisy ustawy oraz odpowiednie przepisy ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny.
