        The subject of the contract is provision of external quality assurance, accreditation and institutional review, as described in the terms of reference (Annex II to the invitation to tender).

        The general objective is to enable Frontex to become an accredited provider of learner-centred, cost-effective vocational training courses, leading to internationally recognised European qualifications in border and coast guarding aligned to the European qualifications framework for lifelong learning (EQF) levels and in line with European standards and guidelines for quality assurance (ESG 2015) or equivalent applicable international standards.

        The maximum duration of the contract is 60 months.
